  1. One itinerary

    Everyone plans on the same trip

    Invite people by email, including friends who have no account yet. They get an email to sign up, and the invitation is waiting when they do. Anyone with edit access can add a stop or move a booking, and the trip updates for everyone who has it open.

    The money is settled from the same record

    Expenses are logged on the trip as they happen, split between the people who shared them. Settle Up shows what each person owes each other person, and anyone can question an expense that looks wrong before it counts. How shared costs work.

Built for a group that is not all equally involved

One person usually does most of the planning. The rest still need to know where to be, and some of them should not see everything.

Questions about group trips

Does everyone need an account?

People who plan or edit need an account. Travellers who only come along can be added by name without one.

Is there a limit on how many people can join?

No. The free plan includes unlimited trips and collaborators.

Can someone leave a trip?

Yes. They lose access to it straight away, including the calendar link that trip gave them.
