Beta This is a beta preview, so some things are still being tested. Trips you create now may be reset while we work, and you will not be billed during the beta.

Privacy

This notice is being finalised and is not yet complete. What follows describes how Nzendo actually handles your data today. The formal legal notice will replace this page before launch.

Where your data lives

Your account, trips, activities, tasks, and expenses are stored in Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). Files you upload, such as travel documents and trip images, are stored in the same region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We do not track you

Nzendo does not load third party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it does not sell your data. To understand whether the product works, we record a small number of first party milestones on our own systems, such as whether an account has created its first trip. These are counts of progress, not a record of everything you do.

Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone else.

Booking imports and AI

Forwarded confirmation emails are parsed by Nzendo's own deterministic booking parser and are not sent to an AI model. When you paste text or a booking link, or photograph a boarding pass, that content is sent to Amazon Bedrock to extract travel details. It is used to produce your result and is not used to train models. Nothing is written to your trip until you have reviewed and confirmed it.

What other people can see

People you invite to a trip can see that trip's contents. If you create a public share link, it exposes only a limited view of the trip: the name, dates, cover image, notes, and the activity schedule. It never exposes your documents, expenses, chat, confirmation codes, or the other travellers' details. Share links expire automatically after 90 days, and you can revoke one at any time.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider or by the App Store. Nzendo does not receive or store your card details.

Your data is yours

You can export your trips, and you can delete your account and its data. If a subscription ends, your existing trips, uploads, and itineraries stay accessible to you.
