Our philosophy
A trip involves a plan, a group of people, a pile of paperwork, and money that has to be squared up afterwards. Most of us handle that with a chat thread, a cloud folder, a notes app, and an expense splitter. Nzendo exists because those pieces never talk to each other, and the gaps between them are where trips go wrong.
One trip, one place
Plans, bookings, documents, costs, and the people you are travelling with belong together. When they live in separate apps, someone always ends up with the only copy of the hotel confirmation, and nobody is sure which version of the plan is current. Nzendo keeps them linked, so the trip has a single source of truth.
It has to work where you travel
Airplane mode, a foreign SIM, and a dead zone in the mountains are normal travel, not edge cases. Your itinerary, your documents, and today's plan stay on your device. We also think you deserve to know exactly what is downloaded and when it last synced, rather than a vague promise that everything works offline. Some things genuinely need a connection, and we say so.
You stay in control
Nzendo reads your confirmation emails and boarding passes to save you typing, but nothing is written to your trip until you have seen it and agreed. AI assists, it never decides. Your documents are yours, exporting is easy, and leaving is easy. We would rather earn the next trip than trap you in this one.
We charge for work saved, not for safety
Paying should remove effort and handle group complexity. It should never be the thing standing between you and your own travel documents. If a subscription lapses, your trips, your uploads, and your itineraries stay accessible. You simply return to the free plan limits for anything new. Nobody should land in a foreign airport and find their boarding pass behind a paywall.
Your data is not the product
We do not sell your data, and we do not load third party trackers to watch what you do. We measure whether the product works, using our own systems, and that is all.
